As a Kitchen Manager, you will inspire the team to deliver a memorable Everyman dining experience to all our guests and lead kitchen operations delivering high quality food within a culture centred around its people.

• Lead kitchen team, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain commercial and operational excellence, including rosters, stock control and ordering.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards before service.
• Apply kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative best practices.
• Collaborate with venue management team to maximise service delivery and success of the cinema.

• Genuine passion for hospitality and a love for food, drink, customer service and people.
• Strong leadership personality with entrepreneurial drive.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef in a fast‑paced branded operation.
