Join B&M’s Merchandising team at our Support Centre in Speke, and kick‑start your career as an Assistant Merchandiser in our Home category. You’ll play a key role in turning product and sales data into smart decisions that keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy.

This position is office‑based, 5 days a week, in Speke.

• Help to forecast sales trends and shape stock decisions to meet customer demand.
• Take ownership of producing accurate weekly reports that influence business choices.
• Monitor product availability and manage stock levels across core ranges.
• Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Partner with buyers and cross‑functional teams to keep processes running smoothly and deliver great results.

• Retail and commercial awareness with a genuine interest in product performance.
• The ability to manage multiple projects while staying detail‑focused.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• A proactive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and readiness to develop your career.

This role is an excellent entry‑level opportunity, ideal for a graduate who enjoys working with data and numbers. While strong Excel skills would be a bonus, they are not essential as full training will be provided.
