• Drive & manage KPIS daily
• Support in coaching & developing your team to foster their development
• Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets & budgets
• Support in driving a commercial business
• Excellent operations & stock management

• Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
• Positive attitude & willingness to grow
• Exceptional customer service & styling skills
• Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
• Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
• Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
• Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
• Self-motivated & strong communicator
