As part of the Buying team at B&M, you will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and delivering ranges that meet customer expectations and drive commercial success.

• Sourcing and managing product ranges from concept to launch across UK.
• Developing own-label ranges in collaboration with strategy and design teams.
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, negotiating the best deals!
• Analysing sales performance and recommending actions to maximise growth.
• Managing promotional calendars aligned to key seasonal events.
• Maintaining an accurate critical path with merchandisers and suppliers.
• Supporting innovation and speed to market initiatives.
• Presenting and signing off budgets and ranges.

• Previous experience within Buying.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data analysis and Excel.
• Commercially focused, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for retail and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.
