Inside Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team and act as a key point of contact for customers, outside sales, and internal stakeholders. If you have experience in shipping or forwarding and enjoy combining customer interaction with commercial support, this could be a great next step.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and issue written rate quotations, including tenders and conditions
• Follow up on quotes in line with established guidelines
• Build strong customer relationships and understand client needs
• Generate and pass on qualified sales leads to the outside sales team
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, and Trade Management
• Ensure accurate data entry and CRM updates
• Maintain target lists and support portfolio analysis for outside sales
• Conduct outbound calls in line with guidelines to identify new opportunities

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong team player
• Able to prioritise and perform well in a fast‑paced environment
• Good geographical and trade knowledge
