This means we are in a fantastic position to support our trade customers and help their customers bring their dream kitchens and bedrooms to life.
We have a Trade Field Sales Designer role available in Liverpool and are looking for outstanding, self‑motivated individuals ideally from a trade sales background to help grow this exciting part of the Wren family.
Salary
:
Basic £30,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £65,000.
- Recruit and develop new trade customers from your local area.
- Keep in regular contact with your personal trade customer base.
- Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs, guiding them from initial inquiry to first design, and witnessing the transformation of their dream space into reality.
- Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain this process during your visit.
- Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their design.
- Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren and actively follow up with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhered to policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

- Ability to work independently.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the trade sales sector.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Organised and capable of managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.
