Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a commercially driven and clinically credible Sales Manager to lead the growth of their injectable and skincare portfolio across the North and Scotland. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic territory development, and building long term partnerships with aesthetic clinics, prescribers, medical professionals, and skin therapists. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s market presence, opening new doors, and driving revenue through consultative, evidence-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within the medical, skin and aesthetics sector
  • Develop and execute a territory-wide strategy to acquire new clinic partners and open high-potential accounts to grow injectable and skincare sales across clinics, medi-spas, and prescriber-led businesses
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor a business plan for account doors in your area to drive sales and achieve targets, to share with leadership
  • Create and present collaborative business plans on a quarterly basis with key clients.
  • Build strong relationships with aesthetic practitioners, clinic owners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term supply agreements with new accounts
  • Collaborate with clinical training and marketing teams to support onboarding, education, and promotional activity
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and positioning
  • Represent our client and their brand partners at industry events, conferences, and training days in UK or internationally as required.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards in the promotion of medical aesthetic products
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our client and all their brand partners, ensuring effective communication and consistent brand values both internally and externally
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Proven track record in new business development within medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, skincare or healthcare sales
  • Strong understanding of injectable products, treatment protocols, and clinical environments
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plan
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to deliver 4 – 5 days per week face to face appointments
  • Motivated self-starter who is also a team player
  • Ability to build effective professional relationships
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities

    Ability to create and implement an upstream plan for new account development
  • Competent IT skills (Outlook and Microsoft Office)
  • Supporting marketing and training team with KOL development
  • To maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and clients on relevant CRM system.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum three years in a sales or business development role within injectables, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Experience working with prescribers, aesthetic doctors, and nurse practitioners
  • Familiarity with the UK aesthetics market and regulatory landscape
  • Understanding of clinical training pathways and patient safety considerations
  • Experience launching new injectable products or brands into clinical settings
