We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Neurosurgery team. This field-based role is pivotal in achieving territory sales targets, developing new and existing accounts, and introducing innovative products in line with our strategic objectives.

You’ll be responsible for implementing targeted campaigns, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving business growth across your territory.

  • Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist
  • Location: North West England
  • Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Selling a designated range of neurosurgery products to both new and existing customers
  • Achieving both behavioural and financial sales targets
  • Developing winning and repeatable sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops
  • Keeping abreast of developments and trends within your specialism
  • Supplying accurate information for forecasting and budget proposals
  • Supporting the sale of other

    B. Braun products when appropriate
  • Keeping accurate records by use of Salesforce
  • Consistently acting in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • A successful track record selling to the NHS
  • A working knowledge of theatre etiquette
  • A confident communicator with a passion for building new relationships
  • A competitive and driven mindset
  • A full UK driving license
  • An electric or hybrid company car
