• Take full ownership of global freight movements across air, sea, and road.
• Coordinate smoothly with carriers, hauliers, and overseas offices/partners.
• Manage customs paperwork and clearance with accuracy and confidence.
• Monitor live consignments, send pre-alerts, and keep clients informed.
• Deliver top-tier customer service from initial booking to final delivery.
• Handle invoicing, job costing, and ensure all files meet compliance standards.

• 2+ years’ experience in UK freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of multimodal freight operations (air/sea/road).
• Good working knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with systems such as Cargowise, Multifreight, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and sharp organisation.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple shipments with ease.
