ResponsibilitiesDo you have excellent organisational and communication skills? Do you consider yourself to be a quick learner? Is stakeholder engagement and interaction something you value?
We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our team in the IC Admin Hub, based at Fartown Health Centre.
You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to teams through-
- Providing efficient and competent business support services, responding to tight timescales, using a full range of Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.
- Supporting the Community Health Teams with administration of business as usual, projects and programmes
- Developing and maintaining confidential operational systems and processes
- Supporting the strategic programme management function with the Business Unit and wider organisation
- Providing reception cover over a number of sites
