Location:

Seeking a Senior Product Analyst with strong Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to support large-scale digital and commercial initiatives. In this role, you'll work across multiple agile teams to define features, write user stories, support roadmap delivery, and ensure alignment between business, engineering, and stakeholder groups.
Key Highlights- Partner with portfolio and engineering teams to shape capability and feature scope.
- Decompose features into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support roadmap prioritisation and capacity planning.
- Create data-driven dashboards to communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure best‑practice analysis standards across teams.
- Experience as a Product Analyst/Owner in B2B telecoms (broadband, voice, mobile, TV).
- Strong Salesforce Experience Cloud + CRM (ideally Salesforce) experience.
- Skilled in system integration analysis and cross‑team alignment.
