• ABM UK is seeking a dedicated and reliable window cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on a 5-over-7 rota pattern, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas in accordance with ABM's quality and safety protocols.
• Assess and identify cleaning requirements, promptly reporting any areas of concern to your supervisor
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment correctly and safely
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, responding efficiently to their requirements
• Complete all necessary equipment checks and inspections as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team
• Work safely in compliance with company safety guidelines at all times

• Proven commercial window cleaning experience
• Ability and willingness to work at height
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning environments
