Sales Consultant – Arnold Clark

Location:

Vauxhall branch, Livingston. Salary: £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car. On‑target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped potential. You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your focus is deeply sales‑oriented. The role is customer‑centric, rewarding genuine service. You’ll guide customers from initial contact through sale and after‑sales support, build lasting relationships, manage orders, meet sales targets and work as part of a dynamic team.

• Helping customers find the car that best suits their needs.
• Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service and going the extra mile.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships through every step of the process.
• Selling the right sales package – finance to servicing – with integrity and professionalism.
• Co‑ordinating orders and deliveries to keep everything running smoothly.
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and honour commitments.
• Staying in touch with customers to provide excellent after‑sales experience.

• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.

• A desire for a long‑term, fulfilling career.
• Full driving licence held for at least one year.
