What you'll be doing

• Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities
• Owning your sales pipeline from first contact to close
• Working with international clients across multiple markets
• Delivering tailored proposals and commercial solutions
• Building long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
• Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product teams
• Reporting progress and results to senior leadership

Ideal candidate

• Proven B2B sales experience ideally in construction, engineering, industrial, energy, or oil & gas
• Passion for new business development and relationship building
• Confident selling technical solutions
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager role, with international travel in the future
