Ad-Hoc Van Drivers

NAS Recruitment are currently recruiting van drivers across central Scotland. This is an ongoing requirement covering holidays, sickness and increased volumes. This is an ad-hoc role to cover for various clients, including roles specialising in food and furniture home delivery, and are looking for a reliable driver to join their team.

Responsibilities:

* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

* Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured safely

* Completing deliveries to customers in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients at delivery points

Suitable candidates should have:

* A valid UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months

* A maximum of 6 penalty points (for insurance purposes)

* A flexible attitude to work

Our current requirements are currently for Monday to Friday roles, however we also supply companies who occasionally require weekend cover too. Rates of pay for this position start from £13.00 per hour.
