We’re on the lookout for a Student Administrator to join our customer service team at our Llandudno offices.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the cornerstone of support that keeps our daily operations running seamlessly. This includes:

  • Handling incoming communications, serving as the primary contact for inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinating schedules and resources, working closely with tutors and staff to ensure optimal allocation and availability for student support.
  • Handling administrative processes such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resolving operational issues and addressing concerns with professionalism, often requiring effective internal team collaboration to reach prompt solutions.

What We Offer

This is a full-time role, permanent contract.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4.00pm

Salary: £24,500 per annum

Location: Office-based role at our Llandudno offices
