We’re working with a highly regarded, food-led pub located in the heart of Llandudno. With a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and a commitment to fresh, locally sourced produce, this venue is known for delivering consistently high standards in a warm and welcoming setting. Part of a successful, family-run pub group, the business places real value on its people and their development.
We’re now looking for a Deputy Head Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, well-run kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to step into a stable, respected operation with room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen
Help develop and deliver a seasonal, quality-driven menu
Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team
Maintain excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost management

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at senior CDP or junior management level
Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and consistency
Confident leadership and good communication skills
A flexible, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment  What’s on
