About the role
Location:
Llanelli
Salary: £22,222.20 per annum
Work hours:
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Permanent full‑time position with immediate start.
Responsibilities- Answer all calls and direct to appropriate staff member.
- Manage court and central diaries.
- Assist with typing using the in‑house case management system.
- Perform general administrative work as required.
- Previous reception experience is essential.
- Proven typing ability and experience.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Solid organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
23 days leave plus statutory and additional days for Christmas shutdown.
Workplace pension scheme.
35‑hour week.
