About the role

Location:

Llanelli

Salary: £22,222.20 per annum

Work hours:

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Permanent full‑time position with immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all calls and direct to appropriate staff member.
  • Manage court and central diaries.
  • Assist with typing using the in‑house case management system.
  • Perform general administrative work as required.
Requirements
  • Previous reception experience is essential.
  • Proven typing ability and experience.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Solid organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Benefits

23 days leave plus statutory and additional days for Christmas shutdown.
