Deputy Nursing Home Manager

£48,000-£52,000
OverviewDeveloping care provider requires a nurse registered deputy manager in the Llanelli area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential. The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding care provider who will support the development of your career.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day running of the home and staff management
- Oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans
- Develop clinical care and staff training
- Valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN
- Background in dementia care
- 3+ years nursing home experience
- Good communication skills
