Rehabilitation Support Worker

Salary: £12.75 per hour with an extra £1 on bank holidays and weekends.

Ty Aberdafen is a bright modern purpose-built residential rehabilitation centre that provides rehabilitation and support services to people who have suffered various types of acquired brain injury.

We provide assessment and rehabilitation, continuing rehabilitation, and a range of transitional living options to support those progressing to greater independence.

The aims and objectives of the staff team at Ty Aberdafen are to provide residential accommodation, personal care, rehabilitation therapy, and support for people aged over 18 with cognitive, behavioural, and functional difficulties resulting from different forms of acquired brain injury.

Our rehabilitation support staff work closely with the onsite clinical team and assist with the delivery of rehabilitation plans and therapy sessions.

Staff encourage and support people we support to take part in their preferred social and leisure pursuits, within the home and the local community.

We are looking for someone with genuine empathy for our residents, positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through the challenging times of their rehabilitation.
