Look, you probably already know your way around plastic polymers and paper-based packaging, but here’s the question: can you own the packaging game? Because that’s what we need—a packaging genius who isn’t just looking for a job but is up for taking control of how our products get wrapped, sealed, and delivered.

• Knows that “good enough” packaging isn’t good enough.
• Gets that every new package is a new project and a potential problem waiting to happen—but also the next great solution.
• Can talk to people from NPD, Technical, Purchasing, and Sales without losing their cool.
• Is laser-focused on reducing costs and the environmental footprint. Over-specified packaging? Not on your watch.

• You’ll own the packaging application and specs across the site, making sure the packaging is up to scratch but not over the top.
• You’ll work with suppliers to keep them on the cutting edge of packaging tech. Yeah, you’re the one staying up to date so the rest of them don’t have to.
• You’ll wrangle packaging specs, samples, and presentations for customer meetings. When the team needs an expert, they’ll turn to you.

• Diploma in Packaging Technology or a couple of years as a Packaging Technologist. (We’re not picky, but you do need to know your stuff.)
• If you can project manage critical paths and balance a few projects at once, you’ll fit right in.
• Experience in fresh/frozen protein packaging is great, but if not, you’ll learn on the fly.
• Know your way around plastic polymer science? Even better.
• If you’re computer-literate, have a full driving license, and can handle travel across sites and suppliers, this role has your name on it.
