You will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.

The Role As a Production Team Leader , you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the production line, lead a team of General Operatives, and support the shift manager in ensuring all processes run smoothly. This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop your team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and other departments to foster collaboration. Manage production schedules and ensure timely and efficient delivery of production targets. Monitor the production line, ensuring all machinery is maintained and operating efficiently. Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and high-quality standards within your team.

What We're Looking For Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or production environment. A background in production, ideally within the food industry.
