A leading homelessness charity in Wales is looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate floating support for vulnerable adults and young people at risk of homelessness in Llanelli. The role involves empowering service users to address housing and personal difficulties, promoting independence without creating dependence. Applicants must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as well as passing an Enhanced DBS check.
