Up to £12.25 per hour (depending on age).

As a Customer Team Member at SPAR Llangefni, you will support store management and create a positive customer experience, maximizing sales and profit through allocated tasks and continuous improvement within store policies.

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner.
• Answering inquiries about products and services, helping customers find items.
• Processing purchases efficiently and accurately at the till.
• Upselling selected products and highlighting multi-buy offers.
• Managing stock: checking deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean sales floor, rotating stock for freshness.
• Completing additional tasks such as date checking, gap checking, price changes, promotional displays as required.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a similar retail role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliable following of instructions.
• Understanding of retail legislative responsibilities.
• Ability to suggest ideas for customer service improvement.
• Experience with a ‘Challenge 25’ policy desirable.
• Enthusiastic team player capable of working independently.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not essential.
