Are you a Site Manager looking for the opportunity to work with an award winning developer on private housing sites in the Roslin area?

Our client is an award‑winning, privately‑owned house builder with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality, luxury homes across the Central Belt of Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to support the delivery of several residential developments and contribute to their ongoing success.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will assist in the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the company’s high standards of quality.

• Ensure the delivery of projects in line with programme and budget.
• Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor progress and assist in maintaining project timelines.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company procedures.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets specification and design intent.
• Assist in managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Liaise with the Clerk of Works and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support with snagging and ensure timely completion of remedial works.

• Previous experience in a site‑based role within residential construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good IT and numerical skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Background in joinery (desirable).
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification essential.
