Are you a highly motivated leader with a background in commercial vehicle maintenance? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Manager to join our successful team in Loanhead.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our workshop managing a team of technicians and apprentices to meet efficiency and productivity goals. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth workflow, from allocating jobs to technicians to finalising and signing off job cards.

• Overseeing daily workshop operations and manage work allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and efficient flow of paperwork.
• Liaise effectively with Service Reception, Workshop Foreman, and Technicians.
• Analyse fluid contamination samples and assist technicians with technical issues.
• Use dealership systems like Keyloop (Kerridge) DAFcheck and Techshare.
• Secure customer approval for additional work.
• Maintain a strong focus on meeting workshop efficiency & KPI's.

• You have worked in a similar role as a Service Manager, Workshop Controller or Master Technician within the commercial vehicle industry.
• Excellent commercial vehicle technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Keyloop (Kerridge) is an advantage along with other relevant dealership/manufacturer systems experience.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians and colleagues.
