As Branch Sales Manager you’ll focus on creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, hitting sales targets, and ensuring smooth operations. Your goal is to achieve sales and profit targets while delivering outstanding deals.

• Develop and execute sales strategies with the Branch Manager and Sales Supervisor.
• Engage the branch team to align with the sales plan.
• Provide product knowledge to offer best solutions and drive profitability.
• Monitor local competition and collaborate with external sales teams.
• Review business plans for customers.
• Drive branch and regional sales promotions with suppliers.
• Lead safety initiatives to maintain a strong safety culture.

• Full UK driving licence, 2+ years of front‑line sales experience, proven customer relationship track record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic thinker using data for insights and recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and passionate about sales and customer service.
• Knowledgeable about the local market, competition, and product offerings.

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every 4 weeks (8:00 am – 12:00 pm).
