This isn't a “standing around” retail role. You'll be part of a busy showroom where customers are actively looking to buy, giving you the opportunity to maximise conversions and increase order values.

The Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the centre of the customer experience on the showroom floor, helping customers find the right products while driving strong sales performance. Customer Engagement:
Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying journey. Close Sales:
Confidently present products, overcome objections, and close big-ticket deals. Maximise Opportunities:
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value. Team Environment:
Work closely with your colleagues to maintain a high-energy, target-driven but supportive showroom culture. What's in it for you? Experience:

Background in furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, electricals, mobiles, or other big-ticket assisted sales environments. Sales Ability:
