Responsibilities
  • This post provides a crucial focal point for all communication to and from the Child and Family Team and involves interaction with patients, relatives, parents, carers, GPs, and other allied health care professionals.
  • This post can also provide support to medical records/clerical service, including administration and accurately proceeding in line with the Patient Access Policy.
  • This post will provide administrative support for the health visitors & school nursing team and, on occasion, require the successful candidate to attend school visits to support the immunisation programme.
