Join NHS Scotland as a Clinical Service Manager for Community Mental Health care within the beautiful area of Argyll and Bute.
OverviewThe successful candidate will oversee and manage the Community Mental Teams, Primary Care Team and the Perinatal Mental Health Service for Argyll and Bute. The role requires excellent time‑management skills, passionλλ for compassionate support, and the ability to guide and support services, providing responsive and visible leadership across the HSCP.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Community Mental Teams, Primary Care Team and Perinatal Mental Health Service.
- Provide operational management to teams while supporting multidisciplinary service delivery.
- Work in collaboration with other senior professionals to manage, support and coordinate care within the mental health services across Argyll and Bute.
- Guide and support services, drive expert knowledge, and provide responsive and visible leadership to allocated services.
- Apply robust understanding of quality improvements and evidence to develop and improve patient care.
- Registered Healthcare Professional.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a health leadership role.
- Robust understanding of quality improvements and service development.
- Proven track record of managing people and improving care for patients.
