Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lockerbie for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will handle tasks such as order telephone and email communication, issue resolution, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, including addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Customer Experience, including ensuring a seamless and positive interaction at every touchpoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (experience in CRM is a plus).
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
