• 12 days on, 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
• 6 days on, 1 day off
• Part‑time over 4 days – Shift patterns of Sat–Tue or Thurs–Sun
• High‑speed operative positions (night shifts) require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
• Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events and emergencies.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Upholding our people‑first culture and contributing to our cultural change program.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work the above shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months.
• Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot.
• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2 – desirable but not essential).
