The Detailer pre‑washes vehicles before production, cleans and details all assigned vehicles prior to final delivery, and handles general cleaning responsibilities while working with team members to achieve KPIs.

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush, or washing equipment.
• Polishes, dries, and cleans windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body.
• Buffs, polishes, and applies waxes to protect the automobile exterior.
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener, and clean the vehicle interior (including stain removal when required).
• Keeps the shop clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers.
• Maintains a clean and organized parking lot.
• Power‑washes the shop floor as needed.
• Organizes vehicles in the parking lot daily (keys, floor mats, RO signs).
• Implents the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to meet quality and productivity standards, contributing to shop efficiency and a positive Net Promoter Score.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure.

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Hourly: $17.60 – $22.00 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
