Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism
• Set up deliveries and book service calls
• Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installations
• Print, distribute, and close service work orders; bill out completed jobs
• Promote and up-sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Book walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team
• Make collections calls and forward outstanding invoices
• Handle cash, operate POS systems, and prepare bank deposits
• Reconcile receipts, payment batches, cheques, Moneris payments, and petty cash
• Refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments
• Carry out water jugs and salt bags for customers when needed
