AboutThe Role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face and heart of our branches, helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Taking a proactive approach to discovering customers’ needs and listening to understand what they are asking for
- Processing day‑to‑day transactions
- Nurturing rich, long‑standing relationships
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Serving as a technology expert and sharing knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Uncover and solve customers’ needs
- Explain complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrate success in a target‑based performance environment and contribute positively to a team‑oriented workplace
- Show eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
- Proven customer‑service skills through work or community involvement
- Professional, friendly, and efficient communication style
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable in simple sales situations
- Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self‑service banking options
