Eue to a successful 2025 Ener Mech is increasing our current core crew. We are currently hiring experienced Technician with experience in Nitrogen who wants the assurance of a full time role and also the opportunity to increase their earning potential by working on onshore and offshore projects.

Based in our Henderson facility, when offsite you will work Monday to Friday supporting pre and post works for our turnarounds. During the turnarounds you will go to site and work as a core crew member.

As this is a full time role - only candidates based in Perth will be considered.

• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for liquid nitrogen supply to support project operations.
• Safely handle cryogenic fluids, including liquid nitrogen (LN2), and operate LN2 vaporizers and pumps.
• Experience operating equipment for nitrogen / membrane units, gas separation technologies, and high‑volume nitrogen services.
• Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvement and plant reliability.
• Uphold Ener Mech’s strong commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence in every task.

• 3–5 years operating high-volume nitrogen membrane units.

• Familiarity with compressors, dryers and nitrogen membranes.
• Previous LNG facility or shutdown campaign experience (essential).
• Understanding of P&IDs, flow diagrams, and control systems.
• White Card
• High Risk Work Licence (BI, BA, LF) desirable
• Working at Heights, Confined Space dated within 2 years (desirable)
• Gast Test Atmosphere dated within 2 years (desirable)
• Ability to pass OEUK and or Safer Together Medical
• Australian working rights
• Local to Perth
