Salary Range: $57.44 – $67.39 per visit

- Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
- Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
- Support a restorative approach to health with interventions, health coaching, and self‑management support.
- Utilize digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
- Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and insurance – ability to travel within the community.
- Person‑ and family‑centered care, passion and empathy for client focus.
- Good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Advocacy for home‑care – value the role of a therapist in enabling clients to remain at home when aligned with their goals.
