Turn Quality Engineering data into useful analytics and AI-enabled capabilities at Sun Life, working hybrid across dashboards, pipelines, and experimentation.
This student analyst role focuses on QEA 360 data, quality controls, visualizations, and agentic AI use cases. You will help teams understand quality, risk, adoption, and delivery outcomes. Work includes researching emerging practices, testing assumptions, reviewing evidence, and explaining findings clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data from qTest, Jira, pipelines, and operational systems
- Build dashboards and communicate trends through data storytelling
- Define scenarios and quality checks for AI agents
- Research agentic AI, assurance, analytics, and Quality Engineering
- Share reusable guidance, recommendations, and technical learning
- Enrollment in a related program through April 2027 or later
- Interest in analytics, software engineering, automation, or AI
- Programming or scripting foundation in Python, Java, or Java Script
- SQL, API, database, or data-structure fundamentals
- Ability to explain analysis and collaborate across teams
