Insurance and Professional Liability Defence Lawyer – (Full-time)

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an exceptional Insurance and Professional Liability Defence Lawyer who will thrive in our collegial and collaborative practice group at our Head Office in London, Ontario.

Qualifications:

• In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least three years’ experience in motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupier’s liability, property litigation, coverage issues. Insurance defence experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal guidance
• Strong analytical, drafting and file management skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Detail‑oriented with an organized approach
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
