• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• 5 years of experience with Cloud APIs or building secure, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure environments.
• 3 years of experience with Git.
• 2 years of experience with software supply chain security, OpenID connect (OIDC), identity and access management (IAM) policy delegation, or cryptographic signing frameworks.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Run.
• Experience navigating compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP High, IL5, or ITAR.
• Experience with Terraform for automated multi-regional resource provisioning.
• Direct experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into developer tools and workflows.

As part of Cloud's Application Development Platform, the Cloud Source team manages products that organize source code, track its lifecycle into Google Cloud platform (GCP), and generate actionable data. Their offerings include Cloud SCMs, which supports secure source manager and the legacy cloud source repositories. Another key area is developer connect, which bridges Google Cloud with third-party SCMs through essential infrastructure connections and provides actionable SDLC context for agents.

Additionally, software delivery trust is an upcoming product that provides keyless signing, attestations, and policies to ensure integrity of all development artifacts from source code to production.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $216000 - $221000 (CAD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
