Cabin Crew Stewardess

• Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure safety compliance during flights.

• Deliver outstanding in-flight service, including serving meals and beverages.

• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are familiar with safety procedures.

• Respond promptly and professionally to passenger needs, queries, and emergencies.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the aircraft cabin throughout the flight.

• Handle difficult situations with empathy and tact while ensuring passenger satisfaction.

• Work in coordination with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum educational qualification:
  High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance as per airline standards.

• Must meet medical and physical requirements for cabin crew.

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and irregular hours based on flight operations.
