I am recruiting for a suitably experienced Management Accountant for our client, an established and exciting Accountancy Practice, based close to Edgware, North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking Accountancy Practice that provides both traditional accountancy services and data analytics services.

Important: Please only apply for this role if you have experience working as a Management Accountant for an Accountancy Practice with a portfolio of SME clients. It is essential that you have previous experience working for an Accountancy Practice, working as a Management Accountant, managing a portfolio of SME accounts.

Location:

Edgware / North West London – onsite Monday – Friday

• Review the work of bookkeepers ensuring tasks are completed accurately
• Problem Solving
• Continuous improvement, ensuring best practices are met

• Previous experience working as a Management Accountant for an Accountancy Practice
• Experienced with cloud‑based accounting platforms and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of Xero, Dext or similar
• Strong understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping principles and financial accounting
• Ability to bring accounts up to trial balance and understand reconciliation
• Ability to proactively spot discrepancies in P&L and balance sheets
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build client relationships
• Team player
