IP Docketing Specialist c40,Hybrid

Position: IP Docketing Specialist c£40,000++ Hybrid
Exclusive to Dawn Ellmore Employment. We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading IP firm that is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Docketing Specialist to join their established IP team in London on a full-time, permanent basis!

This role is ideal for candidates with around 2+ years experience in Patent and/or Trade Mark records—with a preference for those with experience in both areas. You'll be joining a collaborative and professional environment where your accuracy and attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the Records department.

Duties will include (but not limited to) :

- * Monitor and process incoming correspondence to ensure timely updates to records and due dates

* Support the setup and review of new and transferred-in cases, ensuring complete and accurate data entry

* Proactively track and clear open docket items in line with internal procedures

* Identify and escalate any inconsistencies in official communications or filing details

* Communicate clearly with internal teams to provide updates on case deadlines and requirements
