Spanish speaking Corporate Receptionist - Cover
Location:
Central London, office-based
Duration:
On-going temp contract
Pay: £13.15 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience
Hours:
8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Part-time, either 2 or 3 days per week
Full fluency in Spanish required
Main responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Manage reception inbox, outlook calendar and schedule meetings
Order office stationary and supplies- keeping inventory of stock
Arrange travel and accommodation
Organise breakfasts/lunches where appropriate & liaise with team
Keep updated records of office expenses and pass to finance team
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding etc.
