The Role
As Mailroom Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Organising and filing documents accurately
* Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct departments/individuals
* Handling ad-hoc office support tasks and odd jobs as needed (maintenance duties)
* Playing a key part in keeping the office running smoothly
The role will also include training to become a Fire Marshal. If you are already qualified, that will be a distinct advantage.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has prior experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities assistant, or mailroom support)
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Can multitask and prioritise effectively
* Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude
* Is reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of key tasks
* Has experience with maintenance tasks
