We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm to recruit a Business Administration Assistant for their Streatham office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced legal or professional services administrator to join a well-established, multi-office practice known for excellent client care.

Based on reception, this role is central to the firm’s day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting solicitors and internal teams with file management, document handling, meeting room set-up, general administration, and AML checks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, strong attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft 365, and a professional, proactive, and team-focused approach.
