You will be expected to maintain a professional reception at all times, as well as handle calls, email queries and offer support to the wider business in areas such as calendar management, document preparation and coordinating events and meetings, as required. The key to this role is ensuring the Reception area and customer service standards are exceptional at all times, for all visitors to the business.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to have worked in a corporate Reception post previously, where customer service is at the heart of everything you do.
