We are looking for a proactive team player with a passion for travel and strong organizational skills to join our London team, providing support to hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
In this Role, you’ll get to- Execute business strategy to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for a portfolio of hotel partners across London.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of new hotel acquisitions and existing account management.
- Identify high‑potential prospects, lead the contracting process, and focus on both quality and quantity of new property signings.
- Build and maintain existing partnerships, monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and grow revenue in the assigned market.
- Take a customer‑centric approach to everything you do, ensuring hotel content, rates, availability, and products align with company objectives and standards, delivering the best value to customers.
- Collaborate with operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business development.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Carry out other assigned tasks based on business needs.
- Over 4 years of experience in sales, business development, and revenue/yield management in the online travel, hospitality, or e‑commerce industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, confident with cold calling and acquisitions.
- Fluency in English.
- Very proactive and strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Creative, innovative, and able to drive and manage change.
- Team player with a driven “get it done” attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel for business market visits.
