The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Partner Success Manager to join our Wishlist team. Reporting to the Wishlist Director, you will manage a portfolio of our most critical existing gym and studio partners. Your mission is to secure sustainable retention and drive mutual growth by acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a point of contact.

Relationship Builder:
You are the face of Wellhub for your partners. We need someone with a magnetic personality who can build genuine, warm relationships. You will move beyond maintenance to "hunt from within," systematically mapping stakeholder structures to deepen our influence at local, regional, and C‑suite levels. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our network density within existing accounts.

Innovator:
You don't just follow the playbook; you write new pages. You are constantly looking for ways to bring fresh ideas to the table; whether it's a new marketing angle, a creative pricing structure, or an operational fix.

Commercial Expertise:
This role requires a high degree of financial literacy. You will not only manage relationships but also engineer profitable growth. You will run margin analyses, design pricing strategies, and present data‑driven business cases (MBRs/QBRs) that demonstrate ROI and new opportunities to our partners, ensuring a win‑win commercial environment.

Your Impact
  • High‑Impact Relationship Building:
    Build deep, lasting relationships based on trust and likability. You should be the person partners are happy to see walk through the door.
  • Strategic Account Growth ("Hunting from Within"):
    Proactively identify and unlock new value within your portfolio. Map complex partner organizations and use your strong relationships to engage stakeholders beyond the primary contact, meeting regularly with regional operators, club managers, and C‑suite executives to drive alignment and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Commercial Optimization & Financial Analysis:
    Conduct financial analysis to ensure sustainable, profitable growth for both Wellhub and the partner. Execute margin analyses to support pricing decisions and contract renewals. You must be able to translate data into a compelling commercial narrative that justifies value.
  • Data‑Driven Business Reviews (M /Q ):
    Own the creation and presentation of high‑impact Business Reviews. Synthesize performance data into clear, actionable insights. Crucially, use these meetings not just to report numbers, but to pitch your new innovative ideas for the quarter ahead.
  • Innovation & Creative Strategy:
    Proactively identify stagnation and bring new ideas to the table. Whether it’s proposing a novel referral campaign, suggesting a new way to integrate our API, or finding a creative solution to a blocker, you are expected to be the source of "fresh thinking" for your accounts.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Act as the project lead for your accounts, mobilizing internal teams (Marketing, User Growth, Operations, Finance) to drive initiatives that increase user acquisition and engagement at partner locations. You are the internal voice of the partner, ensuring their needs are met while protecting Wellhub’s interests.
