Job Overview

You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely payroll delivery for UK and Irish payrolls.
Assist with payroll automation, reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy
Vendor Management - lead relationships with payroll providers - holding them accountable for SLA' and driving improvements

Essential Skills and

Competencies:

Experience working with various payroll providers
High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience with process improvement and automation
High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable Skills and

Competencies:

Experience working on various projects
Experience using ADP

Experience with Time and Attendances packages
A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation

Experience with excel and spreadsheets
